Shipping Internationally.
Due to turmoil in some parts of the world, we cannot be responsible for shipping to countries affected by war, strife, riots, turmoil or any social upheaval or upset. If you country is subject to or involved with turmoil we ask you have more patience and we wish you all the best and we send our best wishes and prayers. But with certain countries we are seeing severe delays and difficulties with some courier and postal services.
Our shipping charges are inclusive of handling, all items are sent with basic tracking, for more detailed tracking, registered postage or express rates etc. please contact us for updgrading your order if options are not clear on checkout. We can offer custom shipping through various couriers which are a better option for some countries over the use of postal carriers. While express and courier services are available, after COVID, where we saw extensive delays, things are somewhat returning to normal.
Based on our location and the variables of the current economic conditions worldwide, in all countries, please be patient as these are trying times for all people, this is compounded by busy periods like Christmas.
We ship to virtually all countries, buyer pays shipping costs, taxes and duties and customs, if you pay too much we may refund the difference. We pride ourselves on safely packaging your items with stiff protective flat packing, long stickers are packed onto cardboard cores and are wrapped in bubble wrap.
Shirts and garments are all individually packaged in zip lock bags. We endeavor to ship all orders within 1-7days from time of order. This is not a guarantee for shipping tme, nor a lead time, but a guide, custom items, and sometimes, certain specialised products, may require more time to prepare, or if they have gone out of stock, may need more time to be remanufactured and restocked. We will endeavor to let you know if there is a delay.
NOTE:
Brazilian and South Korean purchasers MUST add their Customs numbers in the NOTES on CHECKOUT as well as any other place requested, the system does not make this clear for us on packing, and it maybe missed if you do not advise us specifically, please ensure you detail your CPF/CNPJ and PCCC numbers to us on notes or via email to save delays and problems, if you enter the number incorrectly, we will need to cancel your order and you will need to do it again.
